Effect of Central Stability and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercises on Pain, Flexibility, Balance, Muscle Endurance and Quality of Life in Men With Nonspecific Chronic Low Back Pain

Background: Study on the effectiveness of new methods low back pain treatment is very important due to its high prevalence. There no consensus most effective for pain, despite existence different treatments options. Objective: This study aims assess effect 8 weeks dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) and core stability (CS) exercises hamstring flexibility, balance, abdominal muscle strength, quality life (QoL) in men with chronic pain. Methods: Participants were 20 non-specific randomly divided into two groups DNS (Age=47.8±9.82 years, BMI=25.8±2.9 kg/m2) CS (Age=42.4±11.8 BMI=28.1±13.1 kg/m2). Subjects performed weeks. Before after exercises, their static balances, QoL assessed. For data analysis, paired t-test analysis covariance used, considering a significance level P<0.05. Results: Both training improved strength balance. The exercise significantly QoL. comparison between showed significant difference any variables. Conclusion: can be used designing interventions patients
